The Willem programmer is a device for programming electronic memory such as erasable-programmable read-only memory (EPROM), and electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) types. It comes as a bare PCB and this one is version PCB 5.0. It also has an accompanying software CD, compatible with Windows operating systems, and the manual and operating instructions are on the CD.
